OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• Before taking your seat, lift the steering handle to facilitate your entry to occupy the seat and then down the handle.
• Now turn the keys/MCB just below the seat and make sure that the power is ON.
• By rotating the accelerator, the tricycle will start moving and speed can be gradually increased by the accelerator. On the application of the any of the brake the power will cut - off automatically.

 CARE & MAINTENANCE

Your Motorized Tricycle has been designed in such a way that it requires very little maintenance. The tips for preventive maintenance are:

1. Ensure that the Battery has sufficient charge. For ensuring the long life of battery, charging of the batteries play a vital role. The batteries will last for up to 01 years, if the batteries are charges regularly to maintain the charge level (warranty for batteries will be up to 06 month only from date of supply). Never allow the battery to drain completely.

2. Ensure that the tyre/tube is inflated adequately. Proper air pressure in the tyres will provide maximum traction, stability, riding comfort and tyre life. The optimal tyre pressure are:

DO’S

• Make sure the Motorized Tricycle is put on charge for 6-8 hours.

• Charge until the LED indication (Besides the Power LED) goes off, which indicates Battery is  fully charged.

•        Switch off at the mains before disconnecting the charger from the tricycle when battery is fully charged.

•        Use only the charger that has been supplied by ALIMCO for safety & precautions.

•        Give brake of 15 minutes after running of each 5 kilometers.

DON’T’S

• Don’t use the Motorized Tricycle if controller, brake or any other crucial component is not functioning properly.
•  Do not switch the charger on until you have plugged it into the tricycle battery socket.
• Do not attempt to repair the Motorized tricycle yourself or modify any parts. This may render it unsafe to use.
• Do not sit on the Motorized tricycle while it’s charging.
• The Motorized tricycle is not designed to carry more than its rated weight, which may alter the stability of the tricycle.
